SHE is the first hull of Sanlorenzo's new Heritage model. At 25.5 metres (83 ft 8 in), she reinterprets the classic navetta of the 1960s with present-day design and engineering. She was launched at the yard in Ameglia and made her world premiere at the Cannes Yachting Festival, by which time, Sanlorenzo says, the first five units had already been sold.
The yard presents SHE as a new concept in its range, bringing together timeless looks, technical innovation and fine craftsmanship.
Design: classic proportions, clean lines
The exterior is by Zuccon International Project and the interior by Piero Lissoni. Sanlorenzo frames the model as an expression of its "Tomorrow's Timeless" philosophy, a view of luxury built on proportion, balance and durability.
Pure, pared-back lines recall the grace of classic Italian yachting, while generous volumes show she was conceived to be lived on rather than admired from the quay.
Interior
Lissoni's interior revisits the stylistic codes of the great Italian classics with a contemporary sensibility, a dual character Sanlorenzo sums up as both enduring and modern. She accommodates six guests and three crew.

Sanlorenzo's first hybrid IPS
SHE is the first yacht in the Sanlorenzo fleet with Volvo Penta's IPS hybrid system. Two Volvo Penta D13 diesels of 1,000 hp each are paired with two 160 kW electric motors. According to the yard, she reaches 20 knots and cruises at 17. On electric power alone she can make up to 11 knots, with an all-electric cruising speed of 7 knots.
In full-electric mode she runs silently, a tangible benefit when entering a bay, lying at anchor or manoeuvring in a marina. IPS is a pod system, and servicing and day-to-day use differ from a traditional shaft-driven navetta. On a sea trial, it is worth testing the electric mode and the handling separately.

Who is she for?
SHE is for buyers around 25 metres who want to live comfortably with a small number of guests and who value a classic silhouette backed by modern systems. Room for six points to family use or a close circle rather than large groups. Electric cruising and quiet nights at anchor are the clearest advantages for anyone who spends their time in bays, and a top speed of 20 knots makes it plain that she is an unhurried cruiser, not a sports yacht.
