The broker who finds your yacht or takes her to market stays with you until she is in your hands — or in her new owner's.
We agree the length, age, layout, budget and flag with you before we start, then search listings and our broker network across the markets where we work. Every yacht on your shortlist is confirmed as still for sale, with the latest asking price.
Listings are often wrong on the details that matter. We check the year, length, hull identification number and engine hours against the registry papers, the builder's certificate and photographs, and ask the selling broker for anything missing: equipment list, engine-room and hull pictures, service history.
When a yacht is far away, the first viewing is a live video tour with the owner or captain on board, from the flybridge down to the engine room. A visit in person follows when the yacht is worth the trip.
We prepare a short letter of intent and then the sale agreement, usually on the MYBA form: price, deposit, survey deadline, completion date and place, and an itemised list of what stays on board, tender included. We register you with the selling broker by name from the first contact.
The deposit is paid to a stakeholder, not to the seller: usually the selling broker, or an independent lawyer's client account when the parties prefer. We confirm the account and the beneficiary's name before any transfer and plan the balance payment around bank approvals and holidays.
We organise an independent surveyor and a haul-out. The sea trial runs under the supervision of the engines' authorised service, which takes the diagnostic read-out at the same time. If the survey finds something significant, the price adjustment or repair is written into an addendum before you accept the yacht.
We draft and follow the closing documents — the bill of sale, notarisation and apostille where required, deletion from the previous registry or a certificate that she is free of debt — so that ownership passes cleanly.
We prepare the company and registration forms for the new flag, arrange insurance in the new owner's name with the clauses her route requires, and compare and book cargo shipping — or plan a delivery passage with a skipper. Before she leaves, we confirm that marina and fuel accounts are settled.
We price your yacht against comparable listings and confirm your net figure in writing before anything is published.
Current photographs and video, an engine-hours photograph and a full equipment list — never old or stock images. From these we prepare a branded specification sheet and brochure.
Your yacht is listed only with your written approval, and duplicate listings are removed. The specification goes out to our broker network, and every buyer who comes through it is registered.
We arrange viewings around your schedule and run live video tours for buyers abroad. For a sale within Türkiye we handle the Harbour Master application, the notarised sale and the transfer of the radio licence.
We find and compare the right way to move your yacht: a place on a cargo ship, lifted on or floated on, road transport for smaller yachts, or a delivery skipper and crew to bring her on her own keel. We gather the quotes, check the cradle, insurance and loading dates, and follow her until she is back in the water.
Annual service, antifouling, engine and generator servicing, upholstery and teak: we plan the work with yards and authorised service partners, collect the quotes, follow the job and check it before she is relaunched. For a larger refit we write the scope and compare yards.
Daily and weekly charter, for clients who want time on board before they buy or simply want to cruise. We match the yacht and crew to the route and the group, and handle the contract and the preparations.
We work with brokers and owners worldwide and bring the right yacht home from wherever she lies — on her own keel or by cargo ship.

Purchases and sales within Türkiye, where a yacht changes hands without a passage.
Send us the size, budget and cruising area. We will come back with the yachts worth a closer look.
