These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Primus Yacht (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
1. About us
Primus Yacht is a yacht brokerage. We help clients buy and sell motor yachts, and we arrange valuations, yacht transport, maintenance and repair, and charter. You can reach us by email or on WhatsApp.
2. Information on this site
The content of this site is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial or technical advice, and you should not rely on it alone when deciding to buy or sell a yacht.
3. Listings
Listing details and photographs are supplied by owners and other brokers. We take care to present them accurately, but we cannot verify every detail. Prices and specifications are indicative and subject to confirmation.
A yacht may be sold, withdrawn or re-priced at any time without notice, and her listing may remain on the site for a short while afterwards. A listing is not an offer to sell and cannot be accepted as one. Please confirm the details with us, and through survey and documents, before you commit to anything.
4. No contract through the site
Using the site, completing a form or sending us a message does not create a contract between us. If you ask us to act for you in a purchase or sale, we sign a separate brokerage agreement with you, and that agreement sets out our services, fees and responsibilities. The purchase or sale itself is made only under a written sale agreement between buyer and seller.
5. Valuations and our site assistant
A valuation we give in reply to a request made through the site is an indication of market value. It is not a survey or a formal appraisal.
Tony, our site assistant, answers automatically from the information we hold. Its answers may be incomplete or wrong and do not bind us. A broker will confirm anything that matters to your decision.
6. Intellectual property
The text, design, photographs, specification sheets and brochures on this site, together with the Primus Yacht name and logo, belong to us or to those who have licensed them to us. Some listing photographs belong to owners, other brokers or photographers.
You may view and print pages for your own use and share links to them. You may not copy, republish or sell our content, collect it by automated means, or use our name and logo, without our written permission.
7. Using the site properly
Please do not use the site for any unlawful purpose, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with how it works. Do not send our assistant anything unlawful or anything that infringes someone else’s rights.
8. Links to other websites
The site links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
9. Our liability
We provide the site as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors or up to date.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content, including loss caused by an inaccurate listing detail, a yacht that is no longer available or the site being unavailable.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Our responsibilities when we act as your broker are set out in the brokerage agreement, not in these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published when you use the site is the one that applies.
