Cookie policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

This policy explains what this website stores in your browser and why.

1. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s session storage, keep information in the same way. The rules on cookies cover both.

2. What we use

We use limited first-party storage. Optional storage is created only after you select the relevant preference; third-party marketing tools do not load before that choice.

Session storageA conversation identifier and the messages shown in the chat window, so the conversation continues on the next page.Until you close the browser tab

The preference record is needed to remember your decision. Site-experience storage is used only when you allow it. The Google tag loads with its storage denied so we can verify the installation; Analytics storage and events do not begin until you allow site-experience storage. Tony’s storage is created only when you open the chat.

3. Other websites

When you follow a link to WhatsApp, Instagram or another service, that service may set its own cookies under its own policy.

4. Managing what is stored

Closing the tab clears session storage. You can also clear site data or block storage in your browser settings at any time; if you do, the assistant will start a new conversation on each page.

You can also manage the first-party records associated with this browser here. Downloading records does not change your preferences. Erasing tracking records removes this browser’s consent, session and interest records; it does not erase an enquiry you sent separately.

5. Changes

If we add a new optional service, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before it is used.
